Rates & Dates

We are open May 15th - October 1.

Our rates are "all inclusive" with no minimum stay.

Our "all inclusive" rate includes:

• Personalized attention (no more than 6 guest at a time)
• Horse riding daily as part of our cowboy crew
• Private room & bath
• 3 hearty meals a day
• Snacks, coffee, tea, or soda from our always open kitchen
• Campfires
• Time to relax, read, and rejuvenate

Maximum rider weight at this altitude for our working horses is 240 lbs. Due to altitude and safety of all riders our horse rides are at a walk or trot. All riders must be able to safely get on and off a horse, on their own, before we can allow them to ride on the open range.

Rates: $175 per person, per night, plus tax. Due upon arrival (except for previous paid deposit, of course)

Deposit: 30% deposit (refundable until 4 weeks prior to arrival date, less a 10% processing fee)

Arrive anytime after 1 pm on your first night's stay.

Depart anytime before 11 am on your last day's stay.

Our US guests can pay via cash, check, money order, or any other legal tender in US funds. Usually the deposit is mailed and the remainder is paid upon arrival. At this time we are not accepting credit cards, sorry. Our International guests can pay via bank transfer (contact us for account information), or mail us a check drawn on US funds.

Reservations: Contact us with your desired dates, and we will tell you if there is room. Receipt of your deposit confirms your reservation.
