Food and Farm Keepers
Nourish
We appreciate what food means for our health, well-being, family, community, culture, and pleasure. While most of us are aware of the big difference in quality between supermarket food and food that is grown and raised locally, people aren’t often given the option to choose between the two.
We think they should be.
Here in the Arkansas Valley we are fortunate to be part of a thriving farmers’ market community. We want to do our part to ensure that people not only see the market as a weekend excursion that’s enjoyed for its own sake but as a reliable source of food.

At Badger Creek Ranch, we are broadening our efforts beyond raising meat and eggs by expanding our modest but varied vegetable garden. which currently supplies our guests and our community, to include offering donations to our local food banks!
In keeping with our values and commitment to quality, all of our produce will be grown without chemicals, no-till, and no tractor, and grown from as many seeds as we can find of Colorado acclimated varieties.

Our Goals for 2022:
Increase our intern program by raising funds for educational training and expanded/incubator programs for future gardeners and agricultural students
Increase the yield of our ranch products to donate to local food banks and support our local community
Complete construction of our “high tunnel” for our garden projects so we can grow more organic fruits and vegetables for our guests, our community, and for donations to local food banks
